Crooked STX

My name is Gabriel Brown, and there is one purpose for this podcast: to encourage you in your faith. The name Crooked Sticks comes from the saying, "God uses crooked sticks to draw straight lines." This metaphor communicates how much purpose God has for us despite our imperfections. In this podcast, we will discuss the intersection of faith and today's culture.

This isn't just another Christian podcast. This is a community centered on living out our faith through meaningful, vulnerable, and transformative conversations to bring the Gospel to those who need it. It is through community that we get to experience the presence of God and His Love moving in our lives.

Gabriel Brown is a college student from Atlanta, Georgia studying Mathematical Economics at High Point University. If Gabe was described in 3 words by his friends, they would be "reflective", "personable" and "grounded". These are qualities that not only describe him but describe the atmosphere and presence he brings to those around him and to his audience. Gabriel is a young man growing in his faith aspiring to share the love of God with those around him. Gabriel has gone on to create a series of ventures like Crooked STX, as well as a brand centered around his art impacting others through his creative pieces called "Art is a Vibe." He as also established a viable presence on TikTok with different accounts ranging from photography and art, to motivational content. Different parts of Gabe come out at different times, which is why you never know which side of him you'll get. But the one side you will always get with him is his love and respect.
